Running long 1:31:51 [3] 16.8 km (5:28 / km)

Started from the north side of Ranmore Common, by the YHA, a new area for me. Started off slow to ease into it which helped as it was quite a steep 2nd km. Had to do some orienteering cutting through White down to get to the NDW, which was very muddy all the way until Netley Heath. Felt good throughout and legs will probably feel it tomorrow. :)

5 x ~1km St Martha's Hill reps, felt a really bad stitch in the second half of the last rep which was annoying but still was a good session.

Back from Holmbury youth hostel through Peaslake and the north side of Winterfold. Legs felt good throughout and managed to beat the car back home.

Orienteering 1:03:25 [4] 10.3 km (6:09 / km)

Good long course on Holmbush and St Leonard's. Legs felt very good after a couple of km into the course so cruised at a good pace and gave the last run-in a good smashing.
