Solo O Blue - Penn Wood Enjoyed the middle style course today, the area made me be wary of low vis bits of forest, which slowed me down considerably. Physically felt a little tired but nothing too bad.
Fast paced run around the big loop of Blackheath and Farley Heath, starting with Paul. Felt good at the start but slowed down a bit when Paul dropped off.

Solo O - Bramshott Long Focused on flow today, some of the dense bracken and thicketey areas made that difficult, but still had a good run on a new area. No problem with nav and physically felt fine.
1km WU 5 x 1km terrain intervals @4mins/km Stomach felt a little full after lunch, so something to consider when trying to get training in before sunset. 1km WD

Relatively new orienteering area for me so enjoyed the runnable pine forest and reedy open areas. Not focusing on anything in particular today, so went pretty fast where I could.
