Wyming Brook loop, extended onto Stannington ridge a little bit, some lovely trail running, when I could see through the torrential rain & hail.

Saturday May 25 #

Running 30:00 [2] 3.0 km (10:00 / km)

Jogging up the brook to the top.

Orienteering 2:00:00 [3] 10.7 km (11:13 / km)

Top quality orienteering training on top of Kinder. Shadowing a couple of people and control pick exercises, followed by a solid peg relay doing all of the extra loops. Really enjoyed it and definitely the best training session in the past few months.

Back down the hill with a stop off at a small pond for a quick toe dip.

Standard non-standard riv with Abbie, legs feeling good and upped the pace a little bit, but still a bit mentally tired from exams.

Nice chatty plod with Chloe, Ben, Dom, Abbie, Adam and Adrien. Good weather and good vibes. Popped to the shops as well.
