Easy + stuck in traffic etc till gartmore where a Knightingale rider passed me, stuck on his wheel until DP where I passed him until the flat top section/ downhills, chatted turns out his brother is in my running club (Alex Chalmers)- Robert. He's going to track my details down via him as he's semi-retired so goes on rides a lot during the week. If I'm still up here I will deffos join :)

Had only eaten 2 bananas, ice lolly, and crisps all day, ate a cereal bar mid ride even though I didn't feel hungry but the lack of nutrition obviously contributed to feeling lethargic/ dead.

Despite the weather planned on cycling a longer route home, but had an awful headache/ felt dizzy and weak at work- tried fighting it off with coffee but instead I struggled home ridiculously slow. Napped/paracetamol, dodge tummy and feel fine now.

Home, worst weather I have cycled in- wobbling on bike.
- 30s faster up the Duke as Ross was in his car, on my bum the whole way up the hill. Major regrets saying no to his offer of a lift home.
