Note
(injured)

Physio said to have some time off running and cycling. He also said with my notes, and my increasingly bowed legs (lol) biomechanically I'm probs gonna have the same issues- i.e the move to cycling is sensible. Bah humbug.

Trying a reduced processed food diet (just b'coz) and I'm always hungry but feeling a bit better (placebo probs knowing theres less manufactured rubbish in me)

Note

I went for a nice cycle today up by straunie/ loch conn.

Recap:

>CSC- really fun, enjoyed orienteering- increased my motivation to do a bit more! Especially as its not too intense running

>OMM- I am bad at time keeping (who'd of thought?) super fun weekend, next time I think me and Harry Butt will give it a go, so its not my navigation mainly used- and take it a bit more seriously on a linear course. Keen to do some more mountain marathons in summer with Vicky.

>Injury- Hip/itb has seized, physio booked on tuesday- can hardly run.

>Training- struggling for time as I am working quite a lot, I have 1h lunch break on most shifts and if i can run I WILL- just patience until I'm better.

> I have been feeling groggy and a bit sluggish, I am hoping to pick up the cycling/ get shifts sorted so I can join KBC soon! Definitely thinking of moving more towards cycling/ less running as my body is so useless. Although Im applying for a summer kenyan running camp.

> Back on AP? Once I have sorted my schedule/ applications out i.e hopefully a week or so.
