Manually put the bike in big ring, fiddled with gearings so they're a lot smoother now.I got a puncture (used my last spare inner tube), then my mudguard fell off (they are quick release) via a pot hole!

fintry/ arnprior loop- bike is stuck in small ring lols.
Woman in Balfron with a horrible muzzled dog that jumped out on my bike so I ended up lying on the road- 'you shouldn't have crept up on me like that! That's your fault!'
^ not the fact she failed to keep her psycho dog on an adequate lead length!

Failed at my newsyears resolution to keep AP'ing, but at least I've still not eaten chocolate.
lent will have to be AP logging.

Working unsocial leave house at 7am come back at 8/9pm has meant limited training- bah humbug.
