A trot up Ben Lomond with Niall, Ruth and Graeme (and Socks & Culra).
A but longer than I'd planned but it felt great to be back in the hills; and Ben Lomond is definitely one of my favourite training runs. I managed stay steady with the others on the way up the Ptarmigan ridge without too much effort but I got left in the dust on the way back - I have apparently forgotten how to run down hill. Legs felt a bit battered at the end of the descent.
