Loops of Pollok and Cowglen Golf Clubs. Not sure why I haven't thought of this route before - miles of rolling grass just beside the flat.

Legs were knackered after yesterday which was reflected in the slow pace.

Had to bail on this run just before the 9M mark, sudden flare-up of pain in my left-knee. Quite similar to Tuesday night I think. Tried stretching/walking but it didn't calm down. Erred on the side of caution and walked 50 mins home in the pissing rain without a jacket.

Did plenty of stretching/icing at home this evening - no pain in the knee now, will see how it is tomorrow.
