Ran from work to the Green, doubled back along the Clyde, up Finnieston, through Kelvingrove Park and then home along the Kelvin.

Stopped the clock at 35 min and did 4*stride-outs on the dirt football pitch.

Left leg felt a bit tight towards the end.

A bit pain in my left leg; the last few days I haven't had the chance to do my usual yoga/foam roller routine, certainly can feel it.

A hungover run along the canal before work. Ran out to just past the Possil nature reserve then turned back to head in to town.

Stopped the watch at c50min and 3*stride-outs on the grass opposite Speirs Wharf. Stride-outs were fine.

Left-leg OK - not even aware of it being tight/uncomfortable.

Felt good to be moving fast again - no pain in the legs.

Legs felt heavy after the cycle yesterday. Should have allowed a rest day I think. Slight sciatic tightness in the left leg towards the end, still aware of my left calf, not painful though.

Longest run for a while.

Stuck to the grass on the canal for the first 4 miles - pain-free but more 'aware' of my left leg, a dull tightness there. Slight ache in my calf on the last mile when I hit the road.

Made myself stretch for 15 mins when I got to work.

Popped out of work for half an hour. Ran down from St Vincent St and did a loop of Glasgow Green.

Left calf had a dull ache, but seemed to lessen towards the end the run. No pain in my quad.

Distance is a guesstimate - didn't have my Garmin with me.
