First run in 9 days - jog home after work.
Left quad felt less sore than last time - no tightening up around the knee. Definite improvement.
Slight tightness in left calf, but not as bad as previously.
Legs felt a bit heavy, not surprising given lack of training recently.
Physio exercises seem to be working.
