First morning jog in a while. No pain in my left quad and only a slight achey tightness in my calf. Felt slow & heavy though.

1 hour later - slight ache in my left calf, left leg a bit tighter than my right.

Jog home from work to test the leg.

Less pain in my quad, still a little tightness though that seemed to be getting better before the end of the run. No tightening in the calf. Left leg still felt a bit dull and heavy.
