Popped out of work for half an hour. Ran down from St Vincent St and did a loop of Glasgow Green.

Left calf had a dull ache, but seemed to lessen towards the end the run. No pain in my quad.

Distance is a guesstimate - didn't have my Garmin with me.

Spin on the new bike before work, first cycle in a month.

Left calf felt tender after yesterday, no discomfort while riding though.

Hill walk up The Cobbler with Christine & Helen. Nice day.

Left calf began to tighten up about 3hrs in - never painful though. Started on the steeper part of the walk.

No pain in left quad. A very dull tightness in my left calf, but that faded towards the end of the run.

Felt sluggish, no running recently.
