Left the office and along the Maryhill Canal. Finished with 6*diagonals on the football pitches at Kelvinside.

Ran along the West Highland Way from Carbeth to Drymen and back. Beautiful cool autumnal day.

This was a harder session than last week. Got a poor night's sleep the night before, so started out a bit tired could feel myself flagging towards the end. Managed to keep the pace.

Kept at 7.15 - 7.30 effort pace, the last mile was all up hill. Lots of gates to open and close which affected the splits.
