Felt under-powered and weak at the start. Settled in to the reps and felt OK by the end.

Tucked in behind Laura Muir for one of the efforts, was able to stay more or less level for the 60s but then I stopped (tired) and she just cruised away at the same speed. Probably her warm-up!

Was running in to the wind for c5miles which knocked me off pace a bit. Felt tired almost from the start.

Along the canal to Kirkintilloch and then the John Muir trail to Milton of Campsie and back. Snowing heavily. Felt strong throughout - this pace feels far more manageable than it did a month ago.
