Walk up Goatfell with Mike, Stuart & Henry. Beautiful, sunny day.

Developed a limp in my left leg on the way up - stepping up or stepping down on steep ground caused a slight pain around my knee/quad area and this made it difficult to put weight on that leg. Was OK on the flat and gentle slope.

Met Sam for a jog along the canal, down past the Kelvin and in to town.

Felt knackered on this run, low energy and tired legs.

Ran down to Glasgow Green at lunchtime. Met Ian & Chris and jogged around while they did some reps on the grass.

Still felt tired and a bit achey.
