Running 2:28:31 [3] 11.33 mi (13:06 / mi) +1420m 9:26 / mi
ahr:155 max:184 shoes: Salomon Fellraiser

Two loops of the Luss Horseshoe and then back half-way up Ben Dubh to make up time.

Being a Saturdy in August, Luss was nearing Keswick-like levels of busy-ness. Luckily the cold, wind and rain kept most people off the hill.

Didn't sleep well last night so wasn't feeling particularly athletic, but managed to get around at a good pace.

Note
(rest day)

Nipping out for a quick run at 5 before coming back to the office to finish off some work was a great plan. Just wish I hadn't forgotten to pack my shorts *head slap*.

Running 1:02:26 [3] 7.53 mi (8:17 / mi)
ahr:143 max:166 shoes: Adidas Supernova Sequence 8

A jog round Glasgow with 6*stride-outs on Glasgow Green.

Legs felt very heavy after the last two days; the stride outs seemed to blow cob-webs away a bit though.
