Legs felt fine on the run. Lunges on to my right leg were very painful, so I didn't try. Could feel it start playing up on the stride-outs, didn't want to try for a sprint.

I decided to try the session anyway but was ready to stop if my right leg started to hurt. It felt a bit awkward for the first couple of reps but otherwise it was fine. Made sure to stay on the grass at all times.
