Windy as all fuck today, and it only got worse as the run went on. At times (particularly the western side of the loop) it was 'running in slow motion' feeling. On the flat/calm I was around 6.15 so tried to go on effort perception for the rest of the time. Miles 16-19 were straight in to a savage headwind and were easily the most draining bit of running I've done in this training block. I fell off the pace completely for the last mile.
Nutrition could've gone better; didn't have any water and ran out of gels after mile 12 - just me being a fool.
The last mile aside I felt fairly strong throughout and managed to maintain a constant effort at least.
