Jog home after work.

Managed to trip over an upturned paving stone on Paisley Road West. A slow-motion fall so had enough time to think: "Fuck this is going to hurt, fuck I hope I haven't broken my toe, fuck I bet I wont be able to get my registration fee back." Took most of the skin off my left knee, left palm, left ankle and a sore big toe. After a few moments worked out it wasn't anything too serious and carried on.
