A trot up Ben Lomond with Niall, Ruth and Graeme (and Socks & Culra).

A but longer than I'd planned but it felt great to be back in the hills; and Ben Lomond is definitely one of my favourite training runs. I managed stay steady with the others on the way up the Ptarmigan ridge without too much effort but I got left in the dust on the way back - I have apparently forgotten how to run down hill. Legs felt a bit battered at the end of the descent.

A lunch time trot with David Aitkinson. Along the Clyde to the Science Centre, back through the park, along to High Street, down to Glasgow Green and back along the Clyde. Did some stride-outs.

Busy day with the sunshine - still freezing but plenty of people out sunbathing.

The single-leg box squats felt quite hard, but otherwise the exercises were OK.
