Running 3:10:12 [3] 14.69 mi (12:57 / mi) +974m 10:44 / mi
shoes: Salomon Fellraiser

Swapped the weekend's sessions around.

Met Sam for a trot up Mount Keen from Ballater. A minor navigation snafu along the way meant an extra 30 mins, mostly on flat bog. Most of the climbing was packed in to two hours or so.

A cold and snowy day, but beautiful, felt very Alpine running through forest trails. Definitely felt stronger than last weekend's long hill run.

A cold couple of hour in the Kilps after a cold couple of hours marshalling the Balloch to Clydebank Half. With Niall & Alistair B, AB bailed around Loch Humphry.

My old go-to Kilpatrick, Loch Humphrey, Cochno, Slacks figure of 8. Added bonus of exploring a new trail in the woods behind Cochno Loch. Not quite as much climb as I'd hoped, next time I do this route I'll throw in an extra ascent somewhere.

Wintery and windy, very cold and hard-going at times. Felt spent by the end.

Calves still a bit sore from the S&C on Friday.
