An easy jog around Luton before getting a flight to Sicily - not the worst town I've been to, not the best either.

Managed to go away on holiday without my Garmin, so distances are guesstimate.

Met Joe, Ruth & Holly for a trot around some of the trails at Pollock Park before heading in to town.

Cut the run short by 10 minutes on account of sudden severe pain/discomfort in my left calf. Stopped to stretch out a bit but that didn't work. Walked the last half mile in to work.

Will leave it for now, cycle tomorrow and see how the leg is on Thursday.

A very wobbly triangle shape at the Hill of Fair by the end of the South Deeside road.

About 6 mins running up hill, a few laps of the flat top and then a gradual descent, with a bit of doubling back at the end. Did 2.5 laps (threw in some extra climbing) to make up for a shorter first lap.

Felt knackered at the end.
