A pleasant jaunt along the river Tees/Pennine Way between Middleton & Mickelton. Quads felt battered after yesterday.

Lovely run in the Lakes in admittedly rubbish conditions. Amazingly had Blencathra to myself - was a joy flying along the ridge. Took a sub-optimal route coming off Skiddaw on the way back and spent about 20 mins dicking around in new-growth forest/cllimbing over walls.
Felt a bit gubbed by the end of it, but my legs still had plenty of pep in them which was heartening.
