A run home from work in the pouring rain - lots of comedy getting splashed by cars as they went through puddles moments. Did 6*hill-sprints at Queens Park. Legs felt not bad.

A beautiful warm day. Scrambled over the pinnacles. A very slow descent down steep boulder fields.

Legs felt heavy after yesterday but we were moving quite well.
