Run around Pollok Park. Legs felt very heavy after the last two days, no problems maintaining a decent pace. 6*stride-outs were no problem.

At the Necropolis with Ian T. Paced it well - never easy and the last 30s was murder, definitely could not have done another rep.

More spring in my step this week, back to my usual finishing point and legs feeling less dull.
