Legs felt a lot better than I thought they would - Storm Ciara meant some miles felt like running on the spot though.

Quite a windy night and I was running in to a headwind sustained periods. I wasn't too fussed with keeping rigidly to the splits and went on feel for the most part.

This was a hard session - the last 1.5 miles was pretty desperate. Feeling absolutely knackered this evening.

Fairly miserable day - snowing up high, raining down below.
