Lovely warm summer's day plenty of people out on the hill (Ross, Amanda, Paulius) and dry underfoot.

The last 45 mins were quite hard, obviously been a while since I ran more than 2 hours. Beginning to get some hill-feeling back in my legs but still descending slowly.

Took it 95% for this session, still not completely over the cold. Felt pretty good. Suns out guns out!
