KILPATRICKS RELAY LEG 1

Leg 1 of the first ever Kilps relay (that didnt' happen). A long climb up to the Slacks, hill then forestry tracks to Doughnut and then a slippy descent to Overtoun house. Running with Niall.

A tough start on the immediate climb but once I'd warmed up I felt fast and strong throughout.
