Very steady run with Indie - finished of with 1 set of drills on football pitch
Kept run very steady, lots of stopping (Indie discovered a electric fence!)
Drills felt a bit easier and could have done another few more sets so feeling positive about the morning session.

Easy bike with Kim in evening - Very steady away - felt fine even after a very busy day at home, emptying shed and moving stuff around all day.

Repeat of Tuesday S&C session, felt much better - 2 sets seemed a little on the light side rather than a bit of a push as it was Tuesday but stuck to 2 sets as wanted to see how the next day felt.

Run plus drills (Run with 1x drill curcuit) 1:00:00 [2] 6.0 mi (10:00 / mi)

Easy run - 4 miles - HR starting to level out and feeling a little more easy, still a bit clunky.
Also do 1 x technical drill sessions with 6 x strides - felt great to get out and do something and not feel wiped afterwards - Drills need some work though but good to make a start!

Easy S&C sessions just trying to get back into a routine and movement - felt easier than last week, being cautious not to overdo it so only did 2 sets plus 15 min yoga sessions and meditation.
Head still tight from virus but easing off

16 x Gym ball sit up/raises
15 x press-up
10 x reverse lunge (ea leg)
5 x superman on bosom ball (ea leg)
12x Bicep curl
16 x rear arm lift standing on med ball

ahr:147 max:160

Easy run out on my own, it was a bit warm and humid, though I felt overly warm and sweaty, HR quite high too and pace certainly way off normal, I had to be careful not to over do it.
Intensity was 2 but felt like 3!

Felt very sluggish, heart rate quite high and not really feeling it - Virus kicked in a bit so probably due to that and being tired.
Spent rest of day doing house work - skirting boards etc - no afternoon snooze!

Rest day - Walked dog, Spent two hours cutting the hedge, Ate lots and slept for 2 hours in afternoon - Head felt tight and a bit anxious (I have a virus thing that flares up from time to time - mainly due to stress and being run down (exzma Herpitatum - which causes these symptoms) - I will explain in a email)
