Exercises starting to feel easier and less clunky - either more reps or sets next week.

Easy run av 7:55 pace (first 4 mile) - then 2x techincal drills @cricket club
Heart rate much more sensible today - Easy day at work.
Legs a bit heavy and clunky after yesterdays bike session but pace felt much easier and almost like I could run properly again!
Drills getting easier though still need to work on A skips - must have looked a bit mental trying to forward moonwalk across the cricket field!

Easy run with Indie around Castle Howard woods - mostly off road.
Felt ok but HR was all over the place - think it was talking crap to be honest so ignored it and went by feel.
Finished with 6 Strides along the road - felt good and getting the hang of them.

Nice ride out around the Wolds - quite warm and side wind most of the way
Felt like I WANTED a bit of a blast so pushed hard on climbs and probably more of a 4 maybe 5 on the intensity on those sections - Did a 14min/5mile split.
Happy that I felt the urge to push and nice to feel a bit of fire and hunger for it for the first time in a while.
