80 min Moderate run around town - pavements and road with a little slushy trail. Felt good on this apart from the first mile or so which felt tough to get into. Legs tired towards the end but probably as much from hard week skiing as anything else

Hill session in blizzard and horrendous wet snow conditions - character building indeed! It certainly tested how much I wanted to do this. 5x5min reps on soft snow.
Legs felt good and maintained throughout, starting to really feel stronger on these - breathing felt ok too

Ran up to La Vanet pass - Hurray! Very hard towards the top and really sucking the air in, ended up walking last steep bit. Snow was frozen solid so could run on top of it after half way - felt good to do this but did suffer when higher up. Legs came back to be on the way back down and pushed hard in last couple of miles.
