Easy run out with Indie along the river bank and then back lanes - felt fairly good after yesterdays run - though left glute and piriformis is still a bit tight so stopped a few times to stretch/exercise - it eased of towards the end.

Moderate run around the Amortherby loop and then Norton town.
Felt really good and had to keep pulling back - felt very very strong on the one climb - left glute and piriformis was tight and niggly - possibly from sitting down so much travelling the day before..
Good run though and nice to know the pace has picked up a little - breathing feels really good!

Easy run out to meet Kim on the last leg of the SDW - easy going and didnt feel too bad after hill reps

Hill reps on a v steep hill - about 300ft in 3 minutes x 8 - Is that too steep? It couldnt have been much steeper to be honest.
Felt like a proper lung and leg busting session - last two reps were disrupted due to a "incident" (dog related) so did them on a slightly different hill. Last two were still v tough!!
Felt fairly good on the run back afterwards though..
