Running warm up/down (Treadmill) 5:00 [3]

My first run since the half marathon. Felt good (sadly limited in time due to gym machine regulations!). Am a bit concerned - after the half I had considerable pain in my right knee and hip. A couple days after the race, it was gone. When I ran yesterday, there was considerable pain in my right knee again. Hopefully, it just hasn't finished recovering.

Mostly concentrating on upper body and abs, as usual! Also did some work on hip abductors and adductors.
