My first run since the half marathon. Felt good (sadly limited in time due to gym machine regulations!). Am a bit concerned - after the half I had considerable pain in my right knee and hip. A couple days after the race, it was gone. When I ran yesterday, there was considerable pain in my right knee again. Hopefully, it just hasn't finished recovering.
