They just added my favourite class to Monday mornings 7:15 - Athletic Training. A good full body workout including cardio, intervals, weights, core and then that blessed final stretch. Great instructor, great workout!
Today was my 4th pre-work trip to the gym since my renewed resolve to get my workouts in the a.m. I heard once that it takes 21 times to make something a habit, so by that count, another 17 times before this becomes easier....
