Trail/Terrain running (Wet run on Binsey ) 58:26 [3] 10.2 km (5:44 / km) +336m 4:55 / km
shoes: Ice Bugs

Wet run on Binsey with Dad, did 2mins on 1min off on the way to the top (ran back to Dad on the 1 min off). Then rested on the top for a few minutes before sprinting down on slippery grass. The attempted 2mins on 1 min off on the way back round, waist high bracken and slippery trods made it hard to put in a decent effort.

Orienteering race (Peter Palmer Relays (1st ) 34:44 [5] ** 6.6 km (5:16 / km) +128m 4:48 / km
spiked:11/16c slept:4.5 shoes: Ice Bugs

Sould have been easy navigation but still made mistakes in the control circles with some bad routes in from the paths.

Our team came second on the joe and george trophy, so pretty good and well done to team 1 (Crummock) for winning peter palmers trophy. #bestinthewest
