orienteering course at south canoe set up by Phil. Hip wasn't too bad, took it fairly easy. Only made one or two very minor mistakes (aka a few meters off), so not bad at all.

Super fun until i took a face plant at almost the very end. Slid along the bumpy pavement for like, a foot. Now i have seriously epic road rash on my hip and knee, and my hands are all bandaged up since i took a chunk out of both of them. Luckily, no broken bones though, so hopefully they will heel fairly quick.

Bike ride up through south canoe with Dad, felt awesome no shin or hip pain at all! I hope it doesn't snow for another month!

Hip was fine for the first half hour then really started to hurt.
