Slow run in South Canoe; up climb trail, across the Troll bridge, along cross cut, through undercut, down the road and part of climb trail (40 min), and then since the parents weren't back, I ran all the way home too. My hip didn't start hurting until about fifty minutes in, but then it hurt a lot so i walked a few short sections along the road. My shins hurt the whole way through, peaking on the road down into the South Canoe parking lot. A bit of a jump up from fifteen minute runs! No dehydration running cramps either! I think I'm falling in love with running even though it hurts.
