Orienteering race 51:50 [4]

The middle at Ottawa o-fest, today was soooooo hot! However, it was a challenging and fun race overall. Made two eight minute mistakes, was fairly smooth otherwise. Best part of this race was the finish chute, I beat David by several seconds : )

Didn't feel so great running, probably party from the heat. Guess I'm aiming for good navigation for these races since I'm not so speedy right now!

Just an easy run to ease back into training a little before cocs. Finished my antibiotics yesterday, had a little more energy today, so that's good.

Some easy strength at Waddingtons,made a nice change to be active again!
