First ride of the year! We went to Ellison Park and the trails were actually really good. There were a few muddy sections and snowy sections that were well-packed but otherwise they were very clear.

Orienteering race 21:20 [4]

This was the head to head race at UBC. It was one of my best races this weekend, I wasn't sure if I was going to run it since I had a lot of hip and knee pain, but once I started it went awesome!

Orienteering race 24:15 [3]

The UBC set up went well orienteering wise, but I had hip and knee pain from the very first control and probably should not have finished it. Oops. Ended up not really being able to walk at the end of it and did not run the UBC chase which was pretty disappointing. Looks like I'll be doing lots of biking until this hip heals up!
