I'm not going to write up route choices and stuff because I have too much work to do, but I did a Brown at the Blue Hills.
I will probably post my map later although I may forget.

I did 3x 400 and 2x 800 with my dad pacing. We were able to do it on the lit track as the ultimate team was practicing. It definitely sucked, but I enjoyed the push after doing it.
400x - 1:34, 800x - 3:12, 400x - 1:32, 800x - 3:15, 400x - 1:33

Running warm up/down 26:00 [2] 2.73 mi (9:31 / mi)

Ran down the hill to the bikepath, across to Mill St. and to the high school to warm up. It was nice and rainy, windy, and cold.
To cool down we ran home up Highland to Gray and up to Quincey.

I'm getting really frustrated with myself at gymnastics because I don't have the skills I need, and I don't know if I'm going to be able to get them by my first competition. Kinda wishing I didn't move up a level...

I ran with my dad down the bike path to the mystic river, all the way to Alewife and back on the bike path and up Gray street.

6 minutes of abs (1 minute tuck-ups, 1 minute v-ups, 1 minute sit-ups, 1 minute leg lifts, 1 minute backward crunches), 3x 2 minute 30 second hanstands, 50x dips, 50x heel raises

I just ignored the time today and held the stretches for as long as I felt right. It was actually really calming and enjoyable. I think I want to work more on my flexibility.
