To Menotomy Rocks Park, threeish loops there, out the Jason Street entrance, up to the water tower, down Gray Street, and out and back to Oakland from Quincy Street. I felt bad again today but I got myself to keep going, even if it was really slow.
11 minutes for legs, 11 minutes for arms, 11 minutes for abs, 10 minutes for glutes
I was going to run today but I am really tired from school and it was raining out which made me want to run outside even less (the treadmill was making a weird clicking noise yesterday so I don't want to use it). I think this conditioning will make me quite sore tomorrow.
