I'm taking today as a much needed rest day. However, I did order my GPS watch, a garmin forerunner 235, today which should be arriving sometime in the next week or so which is exciting.

To Menotomy Rocks Park, threeish loops there, out the Jason Street entrance, up to the water tower, down Gray Street, and out and back to Oakland from Quincy Street. I felt bad again today but I got myself to keep going, even if it was really slow.

I was going to run today but I am really tired from school and it was raining out which made me want to run outside even less (the treadmill was making a weird clicking noise yesterday so I don't want to use it). I think this conditioning will make me quite sore tomorrow.
