Running race (Grass and Roads) 28:13  3.5 mi (8:04 / mi)
I did Assult on Mount Hood with my mom, using her as a pacer. I beat her just in the end though :) I definitely needed to train more hills for this race but... I got 1st in the female 19 and under category--not sure how many other people there were.
Running (Road and Trail) 50:48  5.8 mi (8:46 / mi)
Down to the bike path, to the res, on the roads to AGM where we did a lap and then back home on the bike path and up the hill with my dad. My shins were okay for the first bit but started to hurt later on.
2x 3 minute handstand I didn't really have time for anything today--I had my first rehearsal for student directed one acts and then a ton of work to do-- 6 minutes was really all I could spare to do exercise :(
