Skate Skiing 1:27:20 [3] 11.04 mi (7:55 / mi)

Out at the Eagle Mountain House fields with my mom, dad, and Marshal. We went up the wave twice as well as doing John and Henry and a bunch of laps of the fields. Marshal also taught me about the "auto pause" on my garmin so I didn't have to pause my watch every time we stopped--so nice!

Skiing at Jackson with my family and a bunch of NETT people. We went out the Ellis--pretty much all of the way out--and then back again. Most of the time I was skiing with my Dad and Marshal, but my mom and brother were with us at some points.

Out at Prospect Farms with my dad and mom. I was pretty tired and got to the point that I had to keep moving because otherwise it would have been a struggle to get going again. The snow was pretty fast but also icy. I enjoyed doing and easier trail with less hills :)

All with 10 pound dumbbells
Not sure of all of the names-some were guesses
Class actually did something today! It makes me think that I need to do more with weights...

22 minutes warm up before the race with my mom and dad (3 laps), 18 minutes after the race (3 laps) with my mom, dad and Tyra. It was fun to see Tyra and have someone new to ski with who is my speed.

Skate Skiing race 25:15 [4] 4.04 mi (6:15 / mi)

My first Tuesday night ski race ever, and my first ski race for two or so years! I'm pretty happy about how it went. I want to do more races and I hope that with more practice I'll get more comfortable going quickly because at the moment I am quite hesitant when I get going quickly.
