Knee is a lot better. The swelling is almost all gone, but it is still pretty bruised and it still hurts to put pressure on it while it is bent and to bend it quickly. The cut started to crack today which is annoying...
Anyway, can't wait until I can run again--I'm sick of doing nothing.

Knee is a little better today. Still swollen but I can bend it and the cut has scabbed up.

Luckily my gym teacher let me do what I wanted and could do during class. Also, he knows what orienteering is! I told him I messed up my knee running in the woods and he asked why I was running in the woods and I told him orienteering, getting ready to explain what it is, but I didn't have to!

I walked home from school today and it took me double the time it normally does (from 15 to 30 minutes) and my knee hurt more afterwards. Won't be walking home again for a bit.
The knee is still pretty swollen and purple.

2x 50 straight leg sit-ups, 30 single leg lifts sit-ups (bring up one leg and bring opposite arm to the toe-15 each side), 2x 50 penguins (legs straight)

I'm just trying to find things that I can do without hurting my knee...

My knee isn't great. Limped around school today, probably annoying anyone who was behind me on the stairs as I had to go one stair at a time, but whatever. Not going to gymnastics tonight cause it would be usless--I can't really do anything seeing as walking it hard enough. Anyway, I'm hoping that it gets better quickly, cause otherwise I'm going to go crazy.
