Workout was supposed to be 1x 1600, 1x 800, 2x 400, 2x 200 at the pace he gave us (7:33, 3:28, 1:37, 48 for me)with 400m active recovery but my knee started to hurt during the first 400 so I stopped.
My times were 7:29, 3:41, and 1:43. The second two weren't slower because I couldn't do it faster, it was because I was trying to not go to far under and I did a pretty crappy job of it.

I talked to my coach after my 400 and he said to do a mile cool down but after half a mile I decided that my knee hurt enough that doing a full mile would be dumb.

Ended up tying for fourth with one of my team mates
