Walking a bit of a compass course that Keegan made. I felt good about 1, 4, and 5, but 3 and the start of 6 were not so good. We had another full map with the course on it if you were too far off which I did use on 3 because I knew I was off.
I would have done more but we had to be back at the car by 10 so there wasn't time.

Good news, the PT wasn't too mad that I had run, especially once I told him why I did.
He also pointed out that this running means progress because with three days of running in a row I was definitely in less pain than I was when I ran before starting PT. Let's hope this stays an uphill trend. If it could be exponential that would be great to but I don't see that happening...
