4x 60, 45, 30 with 60 seconds recovery followed by 3x 30 on 30 off (I meant to do 6x but I set up the workout on my watch incorrectly and couldn't be bothered to do the rest of it looking at my watch)

30's: 5:52, 6:04, ? (The last one was when I realized I didn't set the workout up properly so I ended up doing 45 seconds and I have no idea what the pace was)

Overall I felt pretty crap and slow, and I definitely didn't pace myself right cause I just got slower and slower. However, my heartrate didn't go up much according to my hr monitor which is interesting but not surprising as I mostly felt that it was my legs holding me back.
