I've just realized that I haven't mentioned the fact that the school play is this week, hence why I am not getting in consistent training. So ya. I'm not just slacking off with the training. As much as I dislike biking which, with my ankle, is one of the only things I can do safely, I would be doing more of it if I had the time.
Really hoping that after the show this weekend I will be able to do a bit of running. May even try to get to the NEOC meet to get out in the woods (with an ankle brace of course). We'll see.
