Update: as of 1:00 today, my residence hall has been put into quarantine and we are not allowed to leave our rooms except to go to the bathroom and to grab food. This will be the case until at least Wednesday, so I will not be going to my first Track practices, and won't be running for the next few days... :(

Feeling pretty good today, though my phone hated the cold and died half way through so I was running laps in silence which was a bit sad.

Definitely need to get back to wearing my chest strap HRM because my watch one doesn't seem very accurate (I really don't think my heartrate was higher today than it was yesterday during my workout...)

Actually: 4:07, 4:20 so a bit fast, think everything just felt different because of how chilly it was

I was really struggling throughout this because the mask I was wearing was suctioning to my face at a whole new level compared to the other ones I usually wear, so I felt a but suffocated throughout the whole thing and had to keep pulling it away from my face a bit. Not a great time.

Did the whole thing with Sarah as she had the same workout as me, and saw Syd and Amanda out on the loop as well.

Did this with a teammate which was really lovely. Still not allowed on the track so it was on a mapmyrun estimate of 200 and 400 which seems to have been reasonably accurate. So ready for actual practices to start up
