I know, I know, I know. I'm supposed to be getting more than 7.75 hours of sleep. I just couldn't fall asleep last night (I think I'm having issues with restless leg syndrome? Idk- think it's because I'm not exercising) and I had to get up for my doctors appointment which didn't even end up happening because the school cancelled any in person activities/meetings before 10 because of the weather. My appointment is now on Friday, which means I'm missing two more practices which is pretty frustrating.
Definitely feeling more tired with this amount of sleep than I would normally be.
