Doctors Appointment try 2 + inability to fall asleep = bad amount of sleep...

But, the Doc has cleared me to go back to practice. She said that my heart and lungs sounded normal, and that she isn't worried. I have a minimum of 7 days to build back up to normal training, but she suggests (which I WILL BE FOLLOWING) that I take longer than that. The main thing is that if I ever have any chest pain or feel faint that I need to back off a bit and take longer. But I can go to practices and that's what matters the most.

I know, I know, I know. I'm supposed to be getting more than 7.75 hours of sleep. I just couldn't fall asleep last night (I think I'm having issues with restless leg syndrome? Idk- think it's because I'm not exercising) and I had to get up for my doctors appointment which didn't even end up happening because the school cancelled any in person activities/meetings before 10 because of the weather. My appointment is now on Friday, which means I'm missing two more practices which is pretty frustrating.
Definitely feeling more tired with this amount of sleep than I would normally be.
